Al-Marsad Newspaper: Dr. Khalil Al-Sabah has revealed a quick and easy way to whiten your teeth at home.
And he said, during a video clip, which he posted on his “Tik Tok” account: “We use turmeric, a toothbrush and two tablespoons of water.”
He continued, the toothbrush is placed in water and then dipped in turmeric, then used to clean the teeth for 3 minutes, indicating that the teeth will turn yellow for half an hour or 45 minutes and then turn a bright white, in addition to the removal of the pigmentation.
He advised using this method twice a week, pointing out that turmeric contains granules that can weaken teeth if repeated daily use.
