Longwy. The City relies on social networks to attract young people

After YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, it’s Snapchat’s turn. The youth service of the city of Longwy is on the social network intended for the youngest. The objective is to relay information intended for 15 to 25 year olds. Snapchat will allow messages and other notifications to be delivered quickly, in real time, and to more people. It is “digital word of mouth,” said one of the structure’s educators. The goal is for messages to be delivered quickly and received by everyone at the same time, so that nothing is missed.

This account will be managed by the Youth Point, which is open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Wednesday from 1 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
