And Remo Hahn from the Young Old Town Association found that the shops should stay open because the old town is an “open-air shopping center”.
All three of them were disappointed.
The federal government decided on a tough lockdown. Only grocery stores, kiosks, bakeries, petrol station shops, flower shops, pharmacies, opticians, hearing aid shops, telecom providers, workshops, laundries, hairdressing salons, construction and gardening shops are allowed to remain open. The game changer is the more contagious virus mutation, it was said at the press conference.
