According to him, people should not start if they have no experience with it. “And where it should not be, you must not allow it.”

Minister Ferd Grapperhaus (Security) fully agrees with the mayors. “Carbide is not an alternative firework.” He makes a moral appeal to people. “We only do this for a year, just to relieve the burden.”
