Alex Rins and Pol Espargaro have just joined Fabio Quartararo, Jack Miller, Joan Mir, Marc Márquez, Maverick Vinales, Cal Crutchlow, Franco Morbidelli, Valentino Rossi, Pecco Bagnaia and Andrea Dovizioso who had pre-qualified directly in Q2.

These 12 drivers now have 25 minutes to form the first part of the starting line for the 2020 Spanish Grand Prix which will take place over 25 laps at 2 p.m. Sunday at Jerez de la Frontera.

All pilots have a hard tire at the front and a soft tire at the rear, except Maverick Vinales, Valentino Rossi and Jack Miller who use a soft tire at the front.
Marc Márquez registered the first reference in 1’39.009 in his first lap, but he was immediately surpassed by half a dozen pilots, Pecco Bagnaia leading in 1’37.460.
On the next passage, Marc Márquez regains advantage in 1’37.006, 6/10 ahead Fabio Quartararo.
