JAKARTA, COMPASS.TV – The day before Eid Al-Fitr 1442 Hijri on Tuesday (20/7/2021), starting today, Monday (19/7/2021), the Ministry of Transportation (Kemenhub) made a number of regulatory adjustments related to travelers during the Eid holiday.

Adita Irawati, Spokesperson for the Ministry of Transportation, said that this adjustment was a follow-up to the Circular Letter (SE) of the Covid-19 Task Force Number 15 of 2021.

“We from the Ministry of Transportation will immediately follow up on the SE Task Force Number 15 of 2021 by issuing the current addendum to the SE and adjusting the implementation in the field,” Adita said at an online press conference, Saturday (17/7/2021) night.

He added that the provision will take effect from July 19, 2021 or the day after the provisions of SE number 15 issued by the Task Force.

“This is to provide opportunities for socialization and also preparation by (transportation) operators,” he added.
