Listen – Oskars Deigelis and Antra Stafecka offer a new song

The author of the music and lyrics is Degel’s sister Anita Tīlena, while the arrangement is entrusted to Jānis Narbutas from the production association “White Wide Production”. The video version of the song was created by Kaspars Dvinskis.

“In the context of publishing a composition, it must be said that everything has its time and nothing in life should be rushed. This is an eternal truth that needs to be repeated more and more convincingly. I have been wanting to record this sister’s song for a long time and I am glad that it has finally succeeded. Even before we started working on the recording, I knew I wanted to invite Antras to sing it with me. I felt that this song would suit her. I am pleased with what has been done, ”comments Deigelis.

“We have collaborated with Oscar to create compositions before, and as always, he had a clear vision of what the outcome should be. The sound is created in the nostalgic mood of the eighties. The melody is very tastefully accentuated by the low register of the Oscars and the velvety voice, which is complemented by Second’s soft vocals. The voices of both singers intertwine perfectly and create a pleasing sound to the ears. It was a real pleasure to collaborate with both artists, ”says Narbuts.

“I’m glad Oscar invited me to sing this song. Since we have been friends for several years, we finally had to work together, ”adds Stafecka.

Oskars Deigelis is also known as a songwriter who has created lyrics for such performers as Samantha Tina, The Other Side, Lauris Reiniks, Rassell, Adriana Miglāne, Rihards Bērziņš and others.
