It was a short but intense time for the West Flemish Lisa on Love Island. At the start of the program, she fell for the charms of Italian Limburger Giuliano, but had to let go after a few weeks. And not much later she had to leave the program. Now she talks to the Dutch Love Check-up about her experience.
Lisa and Filip recently had to Love Island leave. Filip had to leave the program because he received the fewest votes from the viewer. Lisa then went home because the viewers’ favorite couple, Joan and Mert, had to choose between Lisa and Yoram or Feline and Giuliano. In the end, the choice fell on the last couple, because they already had a better click than Lisa and Yoram. But for Lisa it is all a bit double, of course, because she first had a very good click with Giuliano.
Lisa en Giuliano
In the first episodes of Love Island Lisa and Giuliano were inseparable. They seemed like a match made in heaven and spent every second of the day together. But then came bombshell Feline in the game and that shook the cards together.
Giuliano began to question his feelings for Lisa and eventually found himself getting along better with newcomer Feline. As a result, there was a partner exchange and Giuliano ended up with Feline and Lisa with new face Yoram. For Feline and Giuliano it was a success, but Lisa and Yoram soon realized that there was nothing more than friendship between them. And so they were sent home not much later.
Feelings for Giuliano
Lisa has been on during her time Love Island never hid her feelings for Giuliano. That’s why she got into the Dutch program Love Check-up the question of how she still thought about Giuliano. “I have now closed the chapter Giuliano. I saw a lot in the villa and I think it was really clear that it was only coming from one direction. The feelings arose quickly, but I was also able to release them quickly. ”
Lisa still maintains her position that Giuliano and Feline are not compatible. “When I see them walking together, I have the feeling that the puzzle does not fit together. Maybe it could work out between them, but not in the long term. ” Lisa and Filip believe in Raphaëlla and Mattheus. “In the beginning they were still searching, but I think from the moment he had to choose between Fabiënne and Raphi that he had chosen Raphi.
