The Société du Grand Paris has just launched the consultation for the 1st design-construction contract for the western section of line 15 going from the Île de Monsieur service structure, located in Sèvres, which will connect with the southern section of the line 15, to the Parc des Bruyères service structure, located in Courbevoie, north of the La Défense district.
A business consultation file (DCE) has already been sent to the various business groups which responded to the consultation. Market notification is expected in Q3 2022.
“We have chosen to carry out this section located in a very urbanized environment and in a geologically complex subsoil under the design-construction regime in order to better control the risks, costs and deadlines. (…) We expect a strong commitment from the groups, throughout the competitive dialogue phase, for the search for innovative solutions and optimizations in the design and construction of works. In addition, we also expect companies to pay particular attention to controlling nuisances and integrating sites into their environment.“, comments Thierry Dallard, Chairman of the Management Board of Société du Grand Paris.
As a reminder, the Société du Grand Paris published the public invitation to tender (AAPC) for this design-build contract on February 4. This contract includes a firm phase for the design and construction of the Saint-Cloud, Rueil-Suresnes Mont-Valérien, Nanterre La Boule and Nanterre-La-Folie stations but also for the construction of approximately 10 km of tunnels, 11 service and a starter book.
An optional phase is also planned in this contract for the La Défense station, the tunnels on either side of this station over a total length of approximately 4 km, as well as 6 service structures. This will be notified after obtaining the declaration of public utility (DUP) amending the western section of line 15, initially granted in November 2016.
This amending DUP is necessary to take into account the new location of La Défense station. The investigation will be carried out under the aegis of the State services in parallel with the competitive dialogue procedure and will notably include an investigation scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
This summer, the Société du Grand Paris published the call for competition for the eastern section of line 15 for the section going from Champigny-Center (including the interoperability works) to the service works. located in the town of Bobigny including the Champigny-Center, Nogent-Le-Perreux, Val-de-Fontenay, Rosny-Bois-Perrier, Pont de Bondy and Bobigny-Pablo Picasso stations.
The consultation documents for companies in this market will be sent to the selected candidates at the end of 2020. The two remaining contracts (one for the West section, the other for the East section) will be published. later in 2021.
