LAS VEGAS, September 25, 2025 – Lincoln Property Company (LPC) has announced the completion of Windsor Commerce Park, marking the firm’s first ground-up industrial progress in the Las Vegas market. The Class A industrial campus, located on 86 acres at the northeast corner of Carey Avenue and Simmons Street adjacent to North Las vegas Airport, totals 1,585,440 square feet across eight buildings.
The park is already nearly 50% leased just six months after completion, attracting a diverse tenant base including companies in the HVAC, logistics, and e-commerce sectors. Remaining spaces range from 25,000 to 815,680 square feet.Buildings within the park vary in size from 49,920 to 397,440 square feet and feature modern distribution capabilities, including rear loading, cross-dock configurations, up to 36′ clear height, and up to 4,000 amps of power. speculative office suites are also available, alongside large clerestory windows.
