The metropolis of Lille gets the “European Town” plaque in recognition of its European determination.

Presently proprietor of the “European Metropolis” trademark awarded by the Affiliation of Youthful Europeans France, the European Motion France and the Union of European Federalists France, for its steps to market European citizenship, the Metropolis of Lille has been named winner of the Award Town ”Plaque of these a few businesses.
This new action marks Lille’s robust and revolutionary motivation to the values of the European Metropolis Label.
The presentation of the “European Metropolis” plate to the Municipality of Lille took area on Thursday 25 August 2022 at 6 pm at the Lille Town Corridor in the existence of:
- Charlotte BRUN, Deputy Delegate for the Educating Metropolis,
- Marie-Pierre BRESSON, Deputy Delegate for Society and Decentralized Cooperation,
- Jérôme PIANEZZA, Metropolis Councilor in demand of Worldwide and European Relations,
- as well as members of Young Europeans France, European Motion France and Union of European Federalists France, officials elected by the metropolis council and partners of the metropolis of Lille.
