Lille and PSG in lockstep

France – Lille and Paris Saint-Germain do not allow themselves to slip up in the battle for the championship title in France on the fourth last match day.

Pursuit PSG prevailed against Lens 2-1, Lille beat Nice 2-0 and asserted themselves as the leader.

Lille turned onto the winning road against Nice in the 13th minute and benefited from a yellow-red card against the Swiss Jordan Lotomba (48th minute) after the break. The northern French, who are playing big this season, continue to lead the table one point ahead of PSG.

Three days before the second leg in the Champions League semi-final at Manchester City, Neymar brought the Parisians, who had played without the ailing Kylian Mbappé, in the lead against Lens after half an hour. In the second half Marquinhos increased with a massive header. The subsequent hit by Ignatius Ganago had no negative consequences.

On Sunday, third-placed Monaco can also move up to two points on the leader with a win in the chase duel against Lyon.
