LH announced on the 11th that it was designated as the project operator of the Sujin 1 and Shinheung 1 redevelopment maintenance zones in accordance with the ‘2030 Seongnam City Urban and Residential Environment Improvement Plan’ announced last year, and will start a full-scale project to supply a total of 9,200 houses.
LH is promoting the’Public Gong-do Redevelopment Project’ in Seongnam City. Following the completion of the Phase 1 redevelopment project (dandae, middle 3 districts) and the current phase 2 (Shinheung 2, Jung 1, Geumgwang District 1) projects, a new public-led redevelopment project was initiated in Sujin 1 and Sinheung 1 districts with this designation. Will be promoted.
Unlike private redevelopment focusing on profitability, efforts to resettle residents through circular maintenance and stable business promotion were the main factors in the designation of project operators.
The circulation maintenance project is to build a house in or near the maintenance area or use the built house to move the residents of the house demolished through the implementation of the project in order to promote the stability of the residents in the district during the urban improvement project. It is a business method that allows resettlement in the local area when completed.
Accordingly, migrants will be provided with rental apartments in Wirye and Yeosu districts as housing for circulation.
LH will jointly implement the’Public Complex Development Project’, which provides job support centers, public rental prices, and living SOC complex to respond to the needs of various resident communities and support small businesses suffering from economic difficulties due to Corona 19.
In addition, a’project implementation agreement’ will be signed with the resident representative meeting to be organized for each district, and details related to the project plan such as relocation and construction plans will be discussed with the residents. In this process, it is a policy to build a new city centered on consumers by actively reflecting the needs of residents.
LH and Seongnam City cooperatively promote the establishment of a relocation plan for the rapid move-in of this redevelopment project, and organize and operate a working-level council to continuously discuss the project implementation authorization, management disposition plan, and various pending issues.
