Lewandowski against Messi and Ronaldo

Bayern Munich’s goalscorer Robert Lewandowski will take on the two series winners Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo in the FIFA election for world footballer 2020.

While Messi has already been recognized as a world footballer six times and Juventus striker Ronaldo has won five awards, the 32-year-old Pole made it into the top 3 for the first time.

The fans could vote on the FIFA website until December 9th. In addition, the choice of national coaches, captains and a specialist journalist from the respective countries was included in the decision. The awards will be presented on December 17th at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich.
