“To fight a lifestyle sedentary, it is advisable to do physical activity at least 30 minutes per day 3 to 5 times per week. “Physical activity to fight a sedentary lifestyle can be done anywhere, including at home during a pandemic,” he explained.

A person must be active in physical activity from an early age and consume adequate intake of calcium and vitamin D, as an investment so that the bones are solid enough and remain optimal until old age. “Lack of movement (sedentary), lack of physical exercise, or irregular exercise will also reduce pressure on the bones, thereby reducing the formation of new bone and consequently increasing the risk of bone loss or osteoporosis, “he added.
