Lenovo Tab M9 Review: Best Budget Tablet for Less Demanding Users

The Lenovo Tab M9 tablet was introduced back in December and hit our market in March. This is a lower class that does not appeal much with paper specifications, but it can be more than enough for less demanding users. It entered the Czech market with a price of CZK 3,990, but now it is available thanks to the promotion already for 2,870 CZKwhich makes it probably the best buy in this price range.

The Lenovo Tab M9 is equipped with IPS display with a diagonal of 9 inches and a resolution of 1340 × 800 pixels. So you won’t be too impressed by the subtlety, but on the contrary, we praise it the presence of Netflix certification, which makes it possible to play content on this platform in HD quality. The refresh rate is the standard 60 Hz.

Performance is provided by the MediaTek Helio G80 chipset. Although it does not belong to the category of the most powerful, it was able to do well in AnTuTu, for example averaging over 200,000 points. It can easily handle basic operations such as browsing the web and social networks, but also some games if you reduce the graphics settings enough. It is seconded by 3 GB of RAM and only 32 GB of storage, which we see as a bigger problem. But if you only have a tablet for consuming content and a few basic applications, you probably don’t have to worry about a smaller capacity.

Stamina provides 5100mAh battery that promises up to 13 hours of video viewingthe system is then Android 12 and we must not forget either stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support. As for the cameras, you can make video calls through the 2 Mpx front camera, the single 8 Mpx sensor on the back is used for basic photography.
