JAKARTA – The LEGO Group recently launched a complete product line for the latest LEGO Super Mario experience in Indonesia through an exciting collection of Starter Courses, Expansion Sets, Collectible Character Packs, and Power-Up Packs. This collection is the result of a unique collaboration with Nintendo.

LEGO Super Mario allows us to interact with Super Mario characters in the real world. Through this collection, fans can build their Mario house, search for treasures hidden by Toad, and defeat Koopa Troopa in the heavily fortified Fortress.

The Starter Course collection is the key to starting an entire Super Mario game in the real world and is the only set featuring interactive Lego Mario features that can collect coins in levels made with LEGO blocks. All collections come with a series of unique Super Mario challenges and characters for fans to play alone, or to play together with opponents.

In addition, to add to the excitement, a collection of ten enemy characters is also launched, available in the Blind Character Packs. Each secret package will contain characters that can be built and played together, consisting of Huckit Crab, Spiny Cheep Cheep, Ninji, Foo, Parachute Goomba, Para-Beetle, Poison Mushroom, Thwimp, Fly Guy, and Bone Goomba.

Each Expansion Set and Collectible Character is made to be used together with the Adventures with Mario Starter Course collection, for a more exciting gaming experience. The set for the early game features seven action blocks that generate different interactions when played with the LEGO Mario figure, who has an LCD screen on his eyes, mouth and gut to display an immediate reaction to the movement, color, of the action blocks.

Last May, the LEGO Group and Nintendo also announced a collection of Power-Up Packs – including Cat Mario and Builder Mario – to help improve gameplay with the various LEGO Mario settings that will each feature new features and strengths.

“At the launch of 22 sets of LEGO Super Mario, I really look forward to the fans being able to play more fun with this new collection. This includes a unique collection of LEGO Power-Up Packs blocks,” said Takashi Tezuka, Executive Officer and Game Producer of Nintendo Co., Ltd, through its official broadcast, recently.
