The International Ski Federation has canceled its usual two-week tour in North America today due to expected travel and safety complications. The women’s races in Killington, USA, scheduled for November 28 and 29, and Lake Louise (December 1-6) will be dropped from the program. Beaver Creek (December 1-6).
The FIS wants to replace canceled races in Europe during the season if possible. The organizers could be taken over by the organizers in Val d’Isere, Saint Moritz and Courchevel, who would add other races to their confirmed program.
