Leaked Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra, equipped with a 200MP camera and 25W fast charging

TRIBUNNEWS.COM, BEIJING – SAMSUNG launched the Galaxy S22 Ultra earlier this year and its successor is expected to be released in January or February 2023.

In advance of the expected release date in a few months, SAMSUNG Galaxy S23 Ultra appeared on the China Compulsory Certification (3C) list, the mandatory product certification system in China.

In the 3C listing, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has the model number SM-S9180. The device has support for fast charging of at least 25W, according to the 3C listing.

Departing from Gizmochina, SAMSUNG used a charger with model number EP-TA800 for testing. But given that the Galaxy S22 Ultra doesn’t include a charger in the box, chances are Galaxy S23 The Ultra also won’t offer a charger in its box.

The Galaxy S22 Ultra supports 15W wireless charging and 45W fast charging. Possibility SAMSUNG will update the S23 Ultra’s charging specs and introduce 45W fast charging, just like its predecessor.

Planned Galaxy S23 The Ultra will receive minor improvements over its predecessor. However, this series is said to have the same specs as the previous series’ screen, namely the 6.8-inch QHD + Dynamic AMOLED. A part from that, Galaxy S23 The Ultra has a 40 MP front camera.

The main 200 MP camera is on the back. The other three camera sensors may not change. This means that a 12MP ultrawide camera, a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 12MP telephoto lens with 10 optical zoom will all be included in the Galaxy S23 Ultra.

The device will reportedly house the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. No wonder it comes with the Exynos chipset in some regions.
