TAIPEI – Taiwanese President Tsai Ing-wen has sworn in her affirmation that her country will not become part of China, even if given special status like Hong Kong. “We will not accept that Beijing authorities are using the system of one country, two systems, to demote Taiwan,” said Tsai, who was re-elected earlier this year.
