Xavier brevet and Marc Guillemin are behind the new cocktail bar in the Chambre d’Amour in Anglet. From Tuesday to Saturday every evening of the week from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. they invite you to discover their seasonal cocktail menu. You can also nibble on cheese and charcuterie boards, as well as a homemade croque-monsieur recipe. At the end of the show, a battle of croques then begins between our culinary blogger Béatrice Pène and our guests.
