A lawyer was discovered having sex during a virtual hearing requesting the preventive prison of the criminal organization ‘Los Z de Chanchamayo’ dedicated to land trafficking, fraud and extortion, in the Junín region.
The lawyer was exposed, along with his partner, during the fourth day of the virtual hearing of the alleged criminal organization of Pichanaki. In the images the lawyer is seen completely naked sitting on a chair having relations with a woman, before the Pichanaki judge arranges a recess, at 1:40 pm today, January 28.
“Judge, there on the screen is a very dishonorable image”one of the lawyers alerted.
“They are acts against modesty. There is a nude. What is that! It is unfortunate. They have nude sex. This is unheard of, ”said another lawyer.
“Mr. Judge, I inform you that in this act, according to what the lawyers indicate, the camera of Hector Paredes Robles, as you can prove, “said the secretary, and the judge immediately ordered that he be withdrawn from the hearing.
The magistrate asked the Junín Bar Association that drastically sanction the lawyer Paredes Robles, for having lacked the honor and dignity of such profession.
He also asked that the Public Ministry initiates the investigation for the impudent act.
On the first day of the virtual hearing, on Monday the 25th, another lawyer was caught undressing in front of the camera.
