This Monday, Judge Gloria Ortiz rejected 14 lawsuits filed with the Constitutional court against decree 1406 of 2021, which stipulates the obligation to present the vaccination card of COVID-19 with complete scheme, as a requirement, at the entrance of public events and some other places.
