While Brian Cassidy must, finally, testify at the trial of Bart Ganzel, a young woman, Heather, presents to the special unit and accuses him of rape. She claims he spent a night with her four years earlier while he was undercover with a pimp, who forced her into prostitution. As he knew she was being coerced, it is indeed a rape. When Munch and Amaro go to Cassidy’s to warn him, they come across Olivia in undress. Olivia and her colleagues try to prove that the young prostitute is lying because her boyfriend, Bobby, made a deal with Ganzel and they want to claim damages from the city.
