Important news comes from Spain regarding the future of Lautaro Martinez, striker for some time now in the sights of Barcelona. As reported by Sport, the Inter center forward is considered the right profile to replace Luis Suarez, given out (and close to Juventus). According to the Spanish daily, a decisive meeting is scheduled in Milan between the players’ agents and Inter managers to analyze the situation and understand what the prospects for the deal may be, especially at an economic level. Toro already has an agreement with the blaugrana, but the two clubs are struggling to find an economic agreement given the problems related to the Coronavirus and therefore the difficulty of Barcelona to pay Inter the requested amount (minimum 85 million euros). The Catalans at the moment have reached 65 plus the inclusion of a technical counterpart.
At the moment there seem to be only two ways for the striker: to stay at Inter, perhaps with a renewal and a salary increase, or to move to Barcelona.
