Laurent Jacobelli and Céline Léger in debate

The second round of legislative elections in the 8e constituency of Moselle will oppose Laurent Jacobelli, for the National Rally, to Céline Léger, for the New Popular Ecological and Social Union (Nupes).

The two candidates lent themselves, this Tuesday, to the face-to-face game, in front of the cameras of Moselle TV, in partnership with France Bleue and Le Républicain Lorrain.

Beyond a difference in style between a candidate accustomed to television shows, Laurent Jacobelli, and Céline Léger, a newcomer to the political landscape, the fifty-two-minute debate allowed the two candidates to discuss their link with the territory, the sea serpent of the A31 bis or the problem of industrial wasteland, but also the question of purchasing power, the thorny issue of pensions and the political support expected.

The next debate, to be found on Wednesday on Moselle TV, in partnership with France Bleue and Le Républicain Lorrain, will oppose the candidates qualified for the second round in the 3e constituency of Moselle: Charlotte Leduc (Nupes) and Françoise Grolet (RN).
