The last two days have been entered for the results of the Higher Education Institutions Exam (YKS), which is attended by approximately two and a half million high school senior students. According to the calendar published by ÖSYM, 2020 YKS results will be made available to candidates on July 28. Students who are curious about the exam results with their families will be able to start their preferences after the results are announced. When will YKS results be announced?

HOW WILL THE EXAM RESULTS BE ANNOUNCED?

HOW WILL THE EXAM RESULTS BE USED?
Candidates with a score of 150 and above in TYT will be able to choose higher education programs that accept students with a TYT score. Candidates who score 150 and above in TYT, who have SAY, SÖZ, EA, LANGUAGE scores of 170 and above, will be able to choose undergraduate programs that take students with these points, as well as undergraduate programs that accept students with TYT score. Candidates with a score of 150 and above in the TYT, who do not have SAY, SÖZ, EA, LANGUAGE scores of 170 and above, have the right to choose only associate degree programs. The license that accepts students with SAY, SÖZ, EA, LANGUAGE points of these candidates
they do not have the right to choose their program. In order to apply to higher education programs that accept students with a special aptitude test, the TYT score must be 150 or above (See Article 6 for 100 and above for disabled students.).
HOW WILL THE PREFERENCE PROCEDURE BE DONE FOR PLACING THE CENTER?
Candidates will be able to access the 2020-YKS Higher Education Programs and Quotas Guide through the website of ÖSYM http://www.osym.gov.tr within the preference period. The distribution and sale of guides will not be made. Candidates will make their preferences individually via the internet address of ÖSYM at https://ais.osym.gov.tr with the Turkish Republic Identification Number and password and send their preferences electronically via the internet.

HOW WILL THE CANDIDATES BE PLACED IN HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMS?

COEFFICIENTS OF OBPs OF THE CANDIDATES PLACED IN THE HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAM
Candidates who are placed in a higher education program with a 2020-YKS result (including Additional Placement) or who are enrolled in a higher education program with a special talent exam will be cut by half the coefficients / coefficients that their OBPs will be multiplied.
