For her part, director Mariloup Wolfe says: “We were looking for the French minister. We also approached super famous french actors [comme Omar Sy, Jean Dujardin]but it wasn’t easy in times of COVID”. The director’s agent and stylist working with Gabriel Di Giorgio’s wife, she then suggested the idea of proposing a role to Lara Fabian: “I told him it was really leftist and that he had to listen to my tone”. Arguments that seem to have convinced Lara Fabian.
