Natural pool of HerculatWork on the natural bathing area of Herculat, in the town of Treignat, has been delayed (archive June 2022)
At the end of June, the community of communes of the country of Huriel announced to maintain the opening date of the bathing of Herculat to July 15. At the beginning of summer, uncertainty wins the com’com like the town hall of Treignat. Will the natural swimming pool be ready in time? Nothing is less sure. Launched to alleviate the cyanobacteria pollution of the body of water, swimming is long overdue. The decision to open in August will be taken next week, after an inventory of the site. In addition to the swimming pool, showers and toilets are provided. Two lifeguards wait, waiting for the opening to the public. The biological bathing should be open six days a week, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

- The lake of La Loge, in Lapeyrouse, in Puy-de-Dôme, does not offer supervised swimming this year. The town hall could not find enough supervisors to ensure the summer season. - The Couleuvre summer swimming pool is open from July 1 to August 30. Bathers can take a dip there from Tuesday to Sunday, between 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. On site, children can exert themselves on a playground, while parents enjoy the tennis and basketball courts.
