Lady Gaga is looking forward to motherhood. The American singer tells in conversation with InStyle that she thinks it is special that a child can grow in a woman.
“I must admit that I am really looking forward to having children,” said the 34-year-old singer, who is currently in a relationship with entrepreneur Michael Polansky.
“I look forward to being a mother. It is really very special what we can do? We are able to have a human being in us and let it grow. Then the child comes out and it is our job to keep it alive. . “
The artist, who is called Stefani Germanotta in real life, says in the interview that she is feeling well again after a turbulent period. She has struggled several times with depression and post-traumatic stress disorder that resulted in chronic pain, panic attacks and suicidal thoughts.
“It took a while to mourn the things that happened to me,” said the American. “I am not angry with myself that this took a while. I have seen pictures of myself where everything seems okay, but secretly I kept going.”
Lady Gaga would like to use her experiences for philanthropic purposes. “I would like to contribute to research into fibromyalgia and chronic pain. I have a lot of dreams and wishes. I don’t know what I’m going to achieve in the end, but I do know that I’m going to do it with people I love.”
