Lack of Sleep Triggers Obesity, Causes Unhealthy Belly Fat

PR BEKASI – Often humans override the relationship between eating patterns and rest or sleep.

In the medical world, some of the serious problems are poor sleep patterns and fat stomach.

Research from Naima Covassin, Ph.D., cardiovascular medicine researcher at the Mayo Clinic, shows that lack of sleep influence fat stomach man.

He stated that there was an increase of 9 percent in the area fat stomach total and an 11 percent increase in visceral fat stomach compared to sleep controls.

Fat visceral stored in internal organs and is strongly associated with cardiovascular and metabolic diseases.

Lack of sleep is often done by teenagers to adults caused by several factors.

According to Virend Somers, MD, Ph.D., Alice Sheets Marriott Professor of Cardiovascular Medicine, says: lack of sleep will bring fat stomach in bad condition.

“Our findings suggest that shorter sleep time, even in young, healthy, and relatively thin subjects, is associated with increased caloric intake, very small increases in body weight, and significant increases in accumulation fat inside stomach”Kata Somers.
