Kyndryl Launches Microsoft Acceleration HUB to Drive AI Adoption and digital Transformation
Kyndryl, a leading IT infrastructure services provider, has announced the launch of its kyndryl Microsoft Acceleration HUB. This new initiative, developed in close collaboration with Microsoft, aims to considerably advance the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) and accelerate the digital transformation journeys of its customers.The HUB will leverage Kyndryl’s consulting services and the technical and co-creation expertise of Kyndryl Vital.Its primary focus will be on exploring and supporting the deployment of personalized agentic AI solutions. This will be achieved through the utilization of Microsoft Azure AI Foundry and Copilot across the entire Microsoft ecosystem. A key objective of the HUB is to develop industry-specific solutions and capabilities that harness the power of agentic AI, enabling customers to operate more efficiently and generate greater added value.
Kyndryl’s Microsoft acceleration efforts will be anchored by its existing global network of physical and virtual innovation laboratories. This includes the newly established Kyndryl AI Innovation Laboratory in Liverpool. These state-of-the-art facilities will serve as collaborative hubs for ideation, prototyping, and the seamless deployment of AI and digital solutions, catering to customers across all sectors and geographical regions.
The company’s commitment to continuous employee training underpins its ability to deliver evolving and innovative AI solutions across the Microsoft technology stack. To date, over 16,000 Kyndryl employees have earned more than 26,000 Microsoft certifications. This deep and expanding expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft Azure Cloud, Data Platforms, Security, and Modern Work solutions, significantly enhances Kyndryl’s capacity to deliver robust Microsoft services to its professional clientele.
Furthermore, Kyndryl is actively integrating agentic AI into its global infrastructure services and delivery capabilities.This integration is designed to empower customers to fully leverage the Microsoft ecosystem, enabling autonomous operations, objective-driven actions, and enhanced decision-making.
Underscoring its strong partnership with Microsoft, Kyndryl recently achieved a specialization in AI Platform on Microsoft Azure. The company also successfully renewed its Azure Expert MSP (Managed Services Partner) designation, the highest attainable status for a service provider within the Microsoft partner ecosystem, a distinction held by less than 2% of Microsoft’s partners.
