– We already reported that Kyle O’Reilly’s contract also expires this month. In an update, Fightful reports that O’Reilly was one of the talents who turned down a contract offer in 2019 because they believed that NXT’s new TV deal would have earned them significantly better terms. Despite a temporary injury break, O’Reilly’s contract was not extended by WWE for the downtime, which should have surprised even the 34-year-old. At WWE, however, there is great interest in keeping the three-time NXT Tag Team Champion. Tommaso Ciampa’s contract has meanwhile been extended to include his injury period. Johnny Gargano’s contract will also expire in a few days, and negotiations between WWE and the NXT Triple Crown Champion have been going on since October, but so far they have only led to an extension of the original contract by one week. They definitely want to keep Gargano with the market leader and they are full of praise as to how Candice LeRae’s husband will decide, but it is still open.
– Maryse’s appearance on this week’s RAW edition may not be a one-off. According to information from the PWInsider, WWE is currently thinking about including their wives Maryse and Beth Phoenix in the program of Edge and The Miz.

The show will premier on the WWE Network this evening from 9:00 p.m. German time
