Kwon Soon-woo defeated Lorenzo Musetti (122th place, Italy) 2-0 (6-2 6-3) in the singles final on the last day of the tournament held in Biella, Italy on the 21st (local time). Kwon Soon-woo, who received the winning prize of 18,290 euros (about 24 million won), earned 125 ranking points and climbed to around 81 in the world ranking announced on the 22nd.

This is the third time Kwon Soon-woo won the challenger competition, following the Japan Keio Challenger in March 2019 and the Seoul Open Challenger in May of the same year. The Challenger Competition is one level lower than the Tour, and mainly players from the 100th to the 300th in the world rankings compete.

In this competition, Alejandro Davidovic Pokina (Spain), who ranked 54th in the world ranking, received the top seed, and Kwon Soon-woo came out as the third seed after Sebassian Corda (88th, USA). Kwon Soon-woo moves to Singapore and participates in the ATP Tour Singapore Open (total prize money of $300,000). Kwon Soon-woo’s opponent for the first round of the singles round is Quiet Kauski (217th, USA) on the Thai line.
