Kutev resigned – asked for Ninova’s head personally, Radev and the cabinet had nothing in common (Obzor)

Its withdrawal is half-hearted and a circus, according to the statute the plenum indicates acting boss, wrote Vessela Lecheva

Gthe caretaker government spokesman Anton Kutev became the first victim of the war between Positano 20 and Dondukov 2, after the BSP remained the fourth political force.

The Socialist, who is one of Cornelia Ninova’s critics, resigned and explained that he was doing so “in connection with deliberately provoked election speculation and driven by his unwillingness to involve the caretaker government in unnecessary tension.”

Tensions erupted on Monday when Kutev demanded the resignation of the BSP leader. Do it on your personal Facebook profile, which is different from the page you use as a politician.

The resignation is a personal act and Cornelia Ninova will probably not resign. Such an action requires a moral structure of personality, which the chairwoman is visibly deprived of, wrote Kutev, according to whom the physical survival of the BSP goes through the immediate replacement of the chairwoman.

Her resignation was demanded by a letter from 60 socialists, including red mayors, part of Radev’s Initiative Committee.

This prompted Ninova to announce details of the silent war between her, the president and the caretaker government. Resigning, she explained that she was doing so because she was silent about her battle with the backstage in the BSP. He accused both Boyko Borissov and Rumen Radev of giving public contracts to her internal opposition.

The official cabinet to look after the crises, has enough problems to solve – prices, health, not to engineer in the BSP. And the Initiative Committee to look after the runoff, and not to deal with the leadership of the BSP, advised Ninova. Immediately after her statement in various red groups on Facebook and in some sites, an attack on Radev began with calls for a boycott of the runoff.

The request for Ninova’s removal was made on my personal Facebook page and does not bind the government, which has never dealt with her person. Even less does it concern the president, with whom my request was not agreed, Kutev wrote in response. He reminds that he has been in the BSP for more than two decades, listing all the party positions he has held.

The fate of the BSP is crucial for me. (…) My request was made with deep concern for the fate of the party, and I am sure that it meets the wishes of a large part of the ordinary socialists, Kutev added.

Ninova’s resignation and statement were also provoked by Vessela Lecheva, who is a member of Radev’s initiative committee.

We have long been accustomed to blaming the internal opposition for all Ninova’s mistakes. (…) The initiative committee is a gathering of people with a single goal – to support the presidential couple. We are there from different parties and with different beliefs. There is no way for him to interfere in the internal party affairs of any party. (…)

Ninova’s resignation is halfway. A circus is taking place. Proof of this is her intention to remain in charge until January. After saying that he is a man of the law and the statute, let him read Art. 17, according to which in case of early resignation the National Assembly must elect a temporary chairman, wrote Lecheva.

The BSP did not receive a single seat in Gabrovo, Smolyan, Pernik, Targovishte, Silistra, Razgrad and Kardzhali (in the last 4 regions it failed on July 11).
