Apparently a woman (19) from Augusta didn’t think about what she was saying on the internet! She had commented on a post about the death of the two Saarland police officers in Kusel on the social network Instagram.
He wrote: “They’re just cops,” followed by an emoji with a shrug.
The Augusta District Court has now convicted her of rewarding and approving crimes, denigrating the memory of the deceased and inciting hatred.
Must attend a media literacy seminar and perform 20 hours of community service. According to the court, the woman apologized.
