A Czech footballer is eager to make his mark in the Champions League, aiming to replicate his domestic success on the European stage.
“Whatever it is indeed, I can’t wait!” the 28-year-old stated. “But I won’t be nervous. I’ve played in Europe before, even though the Champions League is the pinnacle.”
The player, who has taken on a role previously held by Lukáš Kalvach, will also be counting on his teammate Koubek, notably for set-piece situations.
“We know that his experience allows him to manage our requirements,” Koubek commented.
In a recent match against Pardubice, which ended 5-1, Ladra delivered two expertly taken corners, leading to goals from Karel Spáčil and Matěj Vydra.
“If it continues like this, it can only be good,” Ladra remarked with a smile.
