Konami will fix eFootball 2022 game bugs after disastrous launch

The launch of the eFootball 2022 game couldn’t have been worse. The poor quality of graphics combined with other errors displayed, quickly gave the game the title of the worst on the Steam platform so far.

However, and to try to run after the loss, the creator Konami has already announced that the game will receive a large set of updates on October 28th.


The big arrival of eFootball happened last September 30th, for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S. But the debut couldn't have gone worse. Among various factors, the poor graphics presented gave rise to a wave of criticism from players. In addition, the game also managed to worst rating ever achieved by a game on Steam.

But the bad news didn't stop there as just a couple of days after its release, and the game already had 90% of negative ratings on the popular gaming platform.

The game currently has 19,317 ratings, of which only 11% are favorable. As such, eFootball is mostly listed on Steam as being a non-recommended title to play.

After the failed debut, now Konami announced on your official Twitter social network account that the game eFootball 2022 will receive several important updates on October 28th.

In concrete will be released patch 0.9.1, which promises to fix the problems reported by players. These, in turn, will be updated with more details as there are new developments.

However, Konami apologized for any bad experiences that players had and thanks that they continue to support the eFootball 2022 game.
