Gery appealed to the public to buy a certified STB device from Kominfo. Because the device is guaranteed by the quality and manufacturer’s warranty.
“Buy it decoders certified by Kominfo and SNI. How come? because there is a factory warranty,” she added.
If there is a problem with the set top box, Gery said, the public can directly contact the service contact of the relevant set top box manufacturer.
“If there’s a problem with the set top box, just call service center. If those with guarantees are truly certified, their safety is guaranteed,” Gery said.
As previously reported, there has been an accident viral set top box exploding. It is known that the tool has actually been used continuously until overheat and sparks.
However, it is not known whether the STB complies with Kominfo standards. But unfortunately, the video continued to spread widely on social media.
