The third and last season of Hug can be seen on NPO1 from September 24. Thom Hoffman and Thomas Acda, among others, have been added to the cast of the crime series, BNNVARA reports Tuesday.
The leading roles in the series are again reserved for Georgina Verbaan, Jacob Derwig and Barry Atsma.
Hug is about the lives of criminal Marius Milner (Derwig) and the high-ranking tax office employee Hugo Warmond (Atsma), who develop a business friendship with each other against each other’s will.
The series is directed by Frank Ketelaar, Albert Jan van Rees and Simone van Dusseldorp. Ketelaar is currently working on a new four-part miniseries for BNNVARA.
Serial Lip revolves around a Secretary of State’s alcohol problem. The miniseries is scheduled to be broadcast early next year. It is not yet known who will play the leading roles.
