Kinrooi’s family processes unfulfilled desire for children with old-timer bus ‘Billie’: “Favorite baby name” (Kinrooi)

“My sister is a van.” With this sentence Rose (11) announced Billie’s arrival to her friends. Not a baby with chubby cheeks, but a camper van with a special story, which is more than ten years older than owners Karen Verlinden (35) and Patrick Hermans (39). They have let go of their wish to have children, partly thanks to the van: “Just push me around in a wheelchair, I said. We have always continued to travel.”
