Swarms of admirers confessed they could no longer recognise the famous reality star because her face “changes every time”.
Some fans think she’s had surgery, others have been sold on the idea it’s photo editing.
And a handful of admirers were convinced it’s just make-up and filters.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star has just turned 36.
In her latest snap, Khloe accentuated her natural beauty with a nude make-up palette and styled her honeycomb locks off her face.
Eye-catching in an electric blue plunging top but fans were more distracted by her “ever-changing face”.

Khloe previously addressed changing face claims with a sassy response as she joked her transformation was from her “weekly face transplant”.

But speculation and talk over her changing looks have continued to snowball on social media.
However, Khloe proved she wasn’t camera shy as she has continued to update fans with pictures of herself throughout lockdown.
Others wrote: “You are just stunning! Looking better and better every (selfie) of the way!”
“Why can’t I recognize you? My favorite Kardashian. Where did you go?”
“Who is this person?”

Others, however, were quick to compliment Khloe on her glowing looks.

Khloe has been staying at home with her daughter True and her baby daddy ex Tristan Thompson.
