Karl Marx’s Book of Various Irregularities of KPK Employees Passed TWK

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

Investigator Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) which was declared to meet the requirements to become a State Civil Apparatus (ASN) revealed irregularities in the implementation national insight test (TWK).

Wahyu Prestianto for example. He assessed that the material in the test did not reflect national insight because it contained questions that tended to lead to employee privacy.

He recounted the series of TWK implementation processes which were the agenda of the KPK in collaboration with the State Civil Service Agency (BKN). Ranging from written tests to interviews.

Wahyu, who has joined the KPK since 2005, said that the atmosphere was fluid when the initial test was filled out by filling out a questionnaire given by an assessor from the Army Psychology Service.

“Then he explained that this test is an assessment, there is no right or wrong. There we are tease them, ‘yes, there’s no right or wrong, only the answer is right or wrong’. They laugh,” Wahyu said while talking to CNNIndonesia.com, Saturday (29/5).

Wahyu said the assessors also asked KPK employees not to be confused about filling out the questionnaire. He admitted that there was no problem in filling out multiple choices.

However, Wahyu did not expect when he received written questions regarding the Islamic Defenders Front (FPI), Rizieq Shihab, the Free Papuan Organization (OPM), communism, to Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT).

He began to feel strange about this test when he entered the interview stage. According to him, none of the assessors introduced themselves, who and from which agency. Assessors also did not explain whether the interview was recorded or not.

In addition, Wahyu said, interviewers often direct questions to things that are not related to national insight. For example, the question regarding the experience against the Chairman of the KPK, Firli Bahuri. Wahyu was also asked if he had ever disobeyed orders from his superiors. He answered never, but frequently questioned the leadership’s orders.

He was targeted for questioning Firli’s attitude while serving as Deputy for Enforcement at the KPK. At that time Firli did not approve of certain people, in this case the ministerial staff, being examined as witnesses.

“I’ve never [melawan perintah], but I did question the command. At that time there was a summons then no one was allowed to be called. I asked why not, even though this person’s testimony in the case we are handling is necessary,” he said.

“Just what does it have to do with national insight? Can it be considered right or wrong, then I graduated and my friends who were with me didn’t graduate? They didn’t enter, did they,” he continued.

Not only that, according to Wahyu, the assessors even pursued questions regarding the closing of the KPK building with a black cloth. Wahyu explained that he had been involved in closing the old KPK building with a black cloth. The action took place before Firli worked at the KPK.

“So he said, ‘This is because it’s related to Pak Firli, isn’t it?’ I said I don’t know where Mr. Firli is, because I remember that the building was closed because I wanted to take action to reject the revision of the law. [KPK] first’,” said Wahyu.

“This is directed against the leadership. Only the leader continues to be called Pak Firli,” he added.
