Kadyrovtsy Violate Traffic Rules in Georgia, Receive 40 Fines for Speeding

Most of the fines were issued for speeding.

According to the documentation, the “cortege of Kadyrovites” was in Georgia from May 22 to June 3.

The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the State Security Service have not yet commented on the topic and have not reported whose motorcade was in Georgia and who traveled in these cars.

Earlier it became known that in Georgia noticed “Kadyrovtsy”. The Georgian opposition TV channel Mtavari published video footage of a motorcade of cars with Russian license plates seen on a motorway near the village of Natakhtari. Later, a photo of the same cars, taken in Batumi, was published on social networks.

The media suggest that the Chechen businessman who visited Georgia is Aslanbek Akhmetkhanov, who is now part of Ramzan Kadyrov’s inner circle.

The ruling “Georgian Dream” stated that the “Kadyrovites” did not violate the “law of occupation”and therefore there was no reason not to let them into Georgia.
