Details: The plane with tail number RA-73417 took off from Grozny on February 1 and landed in Moscow. The next day, the plane landed in Male, the capital of the Republic of Maldives. On February 5, the board was seen off Makhachkala. The landing site is unknown. Thus, Kadyrov could spend three days in the Maldives.

It is not known for certain whether the head of Chechnya was on board. However, according to the publication, Kadyrov has not appeared in public for several days – the last video recording of the meeting with his participation was published on February 1, on the day Kadyrov’s plane took off.

Radio Liberty notes that Kadyrov has been to the Maldives more than once. In particular, radars recorded his plane on the islands on November 2 and 6, 2021. More often the head of Chechnya visits the United Arab Emirates.
