Head of the Criminal Investigation Department, Komjen Agus Andrianto reveal that the perpetrator Muhammad’s persecution in prison is Inspector General Napoleon Bonaparte. He confirmed that the Police would thoroughly investigate this case.
“The fingerprint has been processed, the perpetrator is a fellow prisoner (the victim was in the isolation room), after the incident the process immediately started,” said Komjen Agus when confirmed detik.com, Saturday (18/9/2021).
Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono, had previously conveyed the same thing at a press conference at his office, South Jakarta, Friday (17/9). Police immediately launched a case to determine the suspect.
Rusdi explained that the police were still collecting relevant evidence in the incident of the persecution of Muhammad Kece alias Muhamad Kosman. The process has gone up to the investigation stage.
So far, three witnesses have been examined.
“Later on from the evidence, a case will be carried out and will determine the suspect in this case,” said Rusdi.
Muhammad Kece is known to have made a report to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police that he was mistreated in the detention center. Muhammad Kece admitted to being mistreated by fellow detainees at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
“The case is that the whistleblower reports that he has received abuse from a person who is currently a prisoner at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police,” said Karo Penmas, Police Public Relations Division, Brigadier General Rusdi Hartono at a press conference at his office, Friday (17/9).
The police report (LP) is registered in the prison numbered LP: 0510/VIII/2021/Bareskrim. The LP was created on August 26, 2021 in the name of Muhamad Kosman.
