Already Touabi

In a recent Instagram post, Argentinian right-winger Angel Di Maria announced his departure from Juventus Turin.

The former Paris Saint-Germain is once again free on the transfer market. His Turin adventure only lasted one and only year. Very good with the jersey of the Italian formation with eight goals scored and seven assists offered, he is now looking for a new base.

« I have reached the end of a difficult and complicated stagehe confided. I leave with the peace of mind of someone who gave everything for the club to continue winning titles, but it was not possible. I leave with the bitter taste of not having succeeded, but with the happiness of taking with me many friends from this wonderful locker room of which I was a part, wrote the Argentinian international on Instagram. Thank you to all my classmates for the affection they showed me from day one, I always felt at home ».

Saudi Arabia in ambush

Angel Di Maria should soon find a new club. It still has a good side on the market. He would be one of the options considered by FC Barcelona according to information from Relevo. The Spanish club wants to reform the Di Maria-Messi pair in Catalonia next season. A project that could well seduce the 35-year-old player. It remains to be seen whether the leaders will succeed in convincing him on the financial level.

In this case, the Barcelonans have a major competitor, Saudi Arabia. After confirming the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo last winter, Saudi football leaders are looking to attract other stars and Angel Di Maria is on the list as is Karim Benzema.

Discussions have reportedly started between representatives of the Argentinian and Saudi leaders in recent weeks. The two parties have, however, not found common ground so far. Angel Di Maria would also be in the sights of Galatasaray and Benfica Lisbon.
