This Thursday, the Nancy Court of Appeal recognized the prejudice of anxiety for 264 former employees of the Baccarat crystal factory due to exposure to asbestos. They will receive € 9,000 each. This is the second time that former employees have been compensated. A last wave of 153 files still has to go on appeal.
