KOMPAS.com – Wisnu Widodo, a resident of the Village of Gandukilay, District of Sukorejo, Regency Ponorogo, East Java, did not expect just because chicken manure was a prolonged problem with his neighbor initials M.
I was so emotional, even that the neighbor was determined to close the front access of Vishnu’s house with a one meter high wall fence.
In fact, the land built by the wall fence belongs to the village. But it was claimed unilaterally by M.
As a result of his neighbor’s arrogance, Wisnu was forced to use wooden chairs every time he would go in and out of the house.

He has felt this condition for the past four years and there is no way out.
“The wall fence was built since 2017,” said Wisnu when contacted on Friday (24/7/2020).
“Yes, it’s difficult if you want to enter the house,” he added.
Because of stepping on chicken poop
The problem experienced by Vishnu is actually only trivial. That is because M and her husband often stepped on chicken manure when it passed in front of his house.
Because of that, the neighbor was furious and finally built a wall in front of his house.
“M and her husband pass by sometimes, sometimes teasing eggs (stepping on chicken droppings) which triggers problems. Finally, the fence, “said the Chief of Desa Gandukulat Suroso.
The village party, said Suroso, actually also deplored the arrogance attitude of M and had tried to mediate.
It’s just that the efforts made always fail. Even his suggestion to give entry access in front of Vishnu’s house was always rejected by M.

Even though the wall that was built was on the land owned by the village.
Because there was no solution when mediating, the problem was even brought to court.
The court, said Suroso, had also won Vishnu for the arrogant act carried out by M and requested that the wall be demolished immediately.
However, the M precisely insisted ignoring the decision. Later it was found that it wanted to make an appeal.
“When I gave the court letter, I heard I wanted to appeal the M,” he said.
