Fürstenfeld, Austria – julia Ehrenberger achieved a significant double victory at the Jufa 2025 Junior Tour, the Tennis European Youth Tournament held in Fürstenfeld. The event, organized by TC Jufa Fürstenfeld, attracted over 200 young tennis players from 33 countries across five continents.
Despite initial weather disruptions, the dedicated volunteer tournament crew, led by chairman Manfred Abraham, ensured optimal playing conditions on the center court for the U12 and U14 categories.
Ehrenberger, the top seed in the girls’ U14 singles, showcased notable form.After defeating her compatriot Marie Schmidhofer in the semifinals, she clinched the title with a decisive 6:3, 6:3 victory over Hungary’s Zita Siklai. Her success continued in the doubles, where she teamed up with Mia Neumüller of Lower Austria. The pair triumphed in the U14 doubles final, overcoming Gabriella Kaminszka of Hungary and Noemi Valdes of the USA with a match tiebreak score of 6:1, 6:7, 10:4.
